is looking for a Country Manager

In recent years, we have performed in 12 countries across the CIS, Europe, and MENA, and we plan to continue expanding our geography.
We are a modern symphony orchestra that blends classical music with new formats — from Hans Zimmer and Max Richter to rock legends and iconic soundtracks from anime and cinema.

As a Country Manager, you will work side by side with professional musicians and top-level conductors, influence the cultural life of the region, and shape new traditions in the concert industry.

This position is an opportunity to develop the local market and create large-scale projects.

What you will do

Collaborate with ticketing operators

Search for and negotiate with venues and contractors

Manage the budget and provide financial reporting after the concert

On the concert day, oversee setup, 4 musicians’ arrival, soundcheck, and dismantling

Coordinate tour logistics: technical rider, catering, and transfers
> Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel tasks and high stress resistance.
> Strong negotiation, budgeting, and process coordination skills;
> Ability to manage projects involving a large number of participants: musicians, contractors, technical staff, venues, ticketing operators;
> Fluency in Russian and/or English;
> Experience in organizing concerts or music events (as an organizer, producer, administrator, art director, or performer);
> Higher musical education;
